Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation-, improvement- and upgrade projects for the digitalisation of the retail/warehouse/service processes
  • Identifying improvement areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV environment in close cooperation with process owners end user support, training and governance of IT related production systems at sites in Czech Republic and other Eastern European countries
  • Coordination of the agile development process with process owners, specialists and developers
  • Configuration and development in ERP and retail/service/warehouse related systems and applications

Essential competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV
  • Very good understanding of standard processes such as: sales, purchase, warehouse management and financial reporting
  • Analytical and conceptual skills to analyse and resolve incidents and standard change requests
  • Good language skills (fluent in Czech + fluent in English or Polish)
