Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementation-, improvement- and upgrade projects for the digitalisation of the retail/warehouse/service processes
Identifying improvement areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV environment in close cooperation with process owners end user support, training and governance of IT related production systems at sites in Czech Republic and other Eastern European countries
Coordination of the agile development process with process owners, specialists and developers
Configuration and development in ERP and retail/service/warehouse related systems and applications

Essential competencies:

In-depth knowledge of and experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV
Very good understanding of standard processes such as: sales, purchase, warehouse management and financial reporting
Analytical and conceptual skills to analyse and resolve incidents and standard change requests
Good language skills (fluent in Czech + fluent in English or Polish)
