Responsibilities:
- responsible for implementation-, improvement- and upgrade projects for the digitalization of the retail/warehouse/service processes
- identifying improvement areas in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC environment in close cooperation with process owners
- end user support, training and governance of IT related production systems at sites in Czech Republic and other Eastern European countries
- coordination of the agile development process with process owners, specialists and developers
- configuration and development in ERP and retail/service/warehouse related systems and applications
Essential competencies:
- in-depth knowledge of and experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV
- very good understanding of standard processes such as: sales, purchase and warehouse management.
- knowledge of financial reporting will be an advantage
- analytical and conceptual skills to analyze and resolve incidents and standard change requests
- good language skills (fluent in Slovak and Czech + fluent in English or Polish)
- average yearly travel time in Slovakia or Czech Republic about 30% of working time
