Continia Document Capture is an innovative business solution based on OCR technology, improving administrative processes. Due to the full integration with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central purchasing module, invoices can be scanned when they are received. Then they are transferred directly to the system. There, each row is imported, saved and connected with an existing purchase order.
With Continia Document Capture you can register various types of documents. Among others:
– Purchase and sale invoices.
– Sales orders.
– HR documents.
– Documents associated with accounts.
Dynamics Development Centner and the Danish company Continia Software A / S have signed a cooperation agreement. Under it, the Polish Microsoft Partner has become the official distributor of Continia products in Poland.
The products offered by the Danish company include document management software (Document Capture), payments (Payment Management), e-mail correspondence (Document Output) and expenses (Expense Management).
