Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Using the functionality, after making the settings, consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating and booking documents using previously created templates,<\/li>\n<li>Invoice Mail Queue support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the document to be sent by e-mail, go to the appropriate page on which it is created e.g. <strong>Sales Invoices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Create a new document. After selecting a Customer, a list of available templates for sales invoices will appear:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"885\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs26-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4854\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After selecting the correct one, press OK. Basic information will be supplemented, incl. document number, consistent with the numbering series. At the bottom of the page, in the FastTab <strong>Invoice Mail Queue<\/strong>, the following fields should be automatically added:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1366\" height=\"908\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs27-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4855\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After entering the data, the document can be booked. If the <strong>Send Email <\/strong>option shows <strong>True<\/strong>, an email will be created. Then, on the page with posted documents, you can check the message status:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1369\" height=\"879\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs28-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4856\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When all other documents are ready and posted, you can go to the <strong>Invoice Mail Queue<\/strong> page to send the generated emails.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1385\" height=\"583\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs29-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4857\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After using the <strong>Send Email <\/strong>function, an email will be sent to the address provided, based on the <strong>Email Template<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1096\" height=\"685\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs30-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4859\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the template, you can define: message subject with e.g. invoice number, a PDF attachment will be added, if references to variables have been created in <strong>HTML Body<\/strong> and mapped to BC fields, information from the system will also appear.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":4791,"menu_order":3,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","doc_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.10 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>4.
