Then the fields must be completed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Code <\/strong>\u2013 that is to assign template identifier,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> \u2013 a description that will be displayed next to the identifier to make it easier to adjust the selection,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enabled<\/strong> \u2013 if it is to be available when selecting the template &#8211; <strong>true<\/strong>, if not &#8211; <strong>false<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then <strong>No. Series<\/strong> and <strong>Posting No. Series<\/strong> \u00a0should be set up- If there is no corresponding numbering series in the system, it will be necessary to create one.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"966\" height=\"570\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs10-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4832\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The next part will be FastTab <strong>Email<\/strong>. For each document in the system that is generated after posting, its layout is available, supplemented with data from the fields in this document. Additionally, it is also possible to save it as a PDF file. <strong>Invoice Mail Queue<\/strong> uses this functionality and automatically attaches the finished document in PDF to an e-mail message.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"965\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/dynamicseip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/docs12-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4835\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For individual combinations, e.g. Sales Invoice, you can create several different reports, if the system is to contain several different document templates for Sales Invoice, it is also possible to create several invoice layouts and assign them to several different templates.
