What is the Continia Document Capture?
Document Capture is a business solution supporting OCR technology. It offers full integration with Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
OCR
Core functionality of this solution is the ability to scan paper invoices. After scanning, the invoice data is automatically transferred to the system. Each row is recognized, imported into the system and connected with the appropriate purchase.
Converting one A4 page takes on average several dozen seconds. The system recognizes over 180 different languages and dialects. After conversion, the document can be opened in an editable text format (which is supported by Microsoft Word).
Various types of documents are registered:
- Sales orders
- Purchase and sale invoices,
- HR documents,
- Documents associated with accounts
Electronic Data Interchange
Document Capture offers numerous functionalities to improve the electronic circulation of documents. Among other things, the ability to automatically download documents from email or from a specified location on the disk. In addition, various document acceptance paths are available (e.g. depending on the value of the document, the document is automatically accepted or not).
