Continia Document Capture is an OCR-based solution that is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
OCR – Optical Character Recognition technology automatically recognizes text on a paper document. Continia Document Capture, allows you to enter a document into the system without the need to manually enter data. In addition to increasing efficiency in everyday work, Continia also helps to organize the flow of documents and increases the security of stored documentation.
Converting one A4 page takes about 15-60 seconds. The text recognition efficiency for printed documents is estimated at 99.9%. What is very important, Continia Docuemnt Capture is a solution that works thanks to the ABBY FineReader technology, which recognizes over 180 languages and dialects. Therefore, it is possible to scan foreign language documents.
As a rule, Continia Document Capture is used for purchase and sales invoices. However, it can also handle many other types of documents, including sales orders, HR documents, and documents related to the chart of accounts.

- Improvements in the flow of documents. Among other things, the possibility of setting various document approval paths (including the automation of approval paths) and automated downloading of documents from a selected email address.
